Sammie has committed her work to helping moms, female entrepreneurs and leaders through the ultimate test of leading themselves. She does this by cultivating a trusted environment, helping her client prioritize the Self and gaining a sense of balance without spending hours in the gym or on extreme diets. Sammie holds a Masters of Arts in Community Health & Promotion, and licenses with the American Council on Exercise as well as the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
